Aqueous-Based Bio-Remediating Parts Washing and Sump Solutions 

Teamworks Manufacturing is excited to announce an aqueous-based parts washing program.  The 30 US/Gal parts washers are an exceptional replacement for solvent-based parts washers, as they are extremely user-friendly and virtually maintenance free. The parts washers themselves double as aquarium-like units, containing an aqueous-based parts washing fluid, APW (see below), that contains trillions of non-pathogenic live bacteria that consume organic materials such as hydrocarbons, oil, and grease. The machine requires 30 US/Gal to fill, and requires an additional 5 US/Gal to be dosed throughout the month. 

There are no disposal fees associated with this program as the fluid need not be replaced, therefore serving as an extremely cost-efficient, maintenance-free alternative to hazardous solvent-based parts washing programs.

The same ground-breaking bacteria used in the parts washers can also be used in sumps, or closed loop water systems to remove hydrocarbons, and eliminate odours.  See Bio-Treat here.

APW

APW is a superior, user-friendly, aqueous based cleaning alternative to solvent-based parts washing solutions. APW contains living microbes, which attack and degrade hydrocarbons, converting them into water and carbon dioxide.  This process is incredibly economic, as it greatly reduces the amount of fluid to be replaced in the aqueous parts washing machines and does not require disposal. 

APW is a cost-effective non-toxic parts washing solution that not only possesses elite cleaning technology, but also eliminates hazardous environmental, and user, risks and liabilities that are ever-present when dealing with solvent-based parts washing solutions. This product is phosphate-free and contains no volatile organic compounds.

Packaged in 5 US/Gal containers as a ready to use formula.


PK12

PK12 is an effective, non-foaming parts washing fluid. This product replaces traditional Varsol, Karsosene and Terpene in order to ensure user-safety. 

The cost-effective solution contains rust inhibitors are non-corrosive on aluminums, and contain no volatile organic compounds. 

PK12 is not corrosive to skin, non-toxic, and non-flammable; which ensures paramount safety to the end-user.

Packaged in 1 US/Gal, 5 US/Gal, 55 US/Gal, and 1000 Litre containers as a concentrated formula. Contact Teamworks Manufacturing for suggested dilution ratios.
